Prep Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes
🥗 Ingredients:
1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup seedless grapes (halved if large)
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 orange, peeled and segmented
1 banana, sliced
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
🥄 Instructions:
Prepare the fruit: Wash and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Make the dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the lime or lemon juice and honey or maple syrup if using.
Toss everything together: Drizzle the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to combine. Be careful not to mash the softer fruits.
Chill (optional): Let it sit in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors blend.
Serve: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.
Use seasonal fruits for the best flavor.
Add a splash of orange juice for extra zing.
Avoid overripe bananas if preparing in advance—they brown quickly.
