Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 bell pepper, diced (optional)
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 tablespoon tomato paste (optional, for richness)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Brown the beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
